Beyond Vanilla needs you!

In exchange for 4 hours of your time at the event, you will recieve a thirty dollar reimbursement. This reimbursement will take place, provided your duty hours have been met, after 12:00 P.M. and before 5:00 P.M. Sunday Sept 26, 2010. Volunteers are required to be registered for the event. These volunteer positions are only for the event itself, they do not include, nor encompass duties as DM's or other play party positions. To recap in brief, volunteers are required to purchase thier Beyond Vanilla package to volunteer. Rebates are given after 12:00 and before 5:00 P.M. Sunday upon completion of scheduled duties.

Duties encompass the following
- Helping Presenters with any set-up requirements
- Checking for wristbands on attendees
- Hand out and and retrieve surveys for attendees feedback
- Maintain open or closed door environment dependant on Presenters/Presentation needs
- Police up room for next workshop
- Provide directions or information to attendees as needed
- To be aware of the environ and alert myself, or another committee member of concerns or issues

These duties are not all inclusive and should not be interpreted as daunting or difficult. Each year volunteers have stemmed from novices to those who have attended for years. This is an excellent and unique opportunity for those interested in defraying their personal expenses, furthering their recognition within the community. You will be providing a valuable service to the community and to the many people involved in working to make this event a success. this includes YOU as a BV Volunteer.

Reimbursements not sought prior to the 5:00 P.M. cutoff time will become donations to BVXXI
