I began my journey in the lifestyle 5 years ago. I identify as a Sadist/FemDom, with a particular love for rough body play, punching, kicking, hard impact toys, short whips, clothespins, and tears. In the summer of 2006 I began as educational coordinator for the alt.com Dallas munches (Internet based gateway group known as DFW_ALT), which I now own and host with Master David Walker. I am Mistress of the House in the House of Walker, our leather family, "second in command" under Master Walker, the Head of Household. We are an educating family, and my community interests focus on personal growth, spirituality, and education.

Building Community:  Care and Feeding of Social Groups

Just because we are kinky doesn’t mean that we have stopped being social animals.  Much of what happens in the kink community goes on in social groups.  The success (or un-success) of those groups is dependent on the management skills and leadership of the people who are part of that group.  How well we operate as leaders sets not just the tone but the foundation and group cohesion of the people we participate with.
 
Leading the discussion will be 3 people who have experience with facilitating kinky groups.  They will talk about the history of their groups, what it takes to keep a group going, and their personal philosophy of community!  Come join them!
